How it works

- Browse them on the map or as a list — whichever you prefer.
- Tap any toilet to see its status, opening hours, cost and accessibility.
- Been there? Report whether it’s open to help the next person.
- Tap the heart to save a toilet to Favourites for quick access later.
What the status labels mean
- Open. Someone has recently confirmed this toilet is open and usable.
- Issues reported. Open, but someone reported a problem — for example a broken lock or no soap.
- Closed. Reported closed. Where we can, we suggest open toilets nearby instead.
- Unconfirmed. No recent report, so we can’t be sure. Worth checking before you rely on it.
Accessibility information
Where we have it, each toilet shows whether it has wheelchair access, baby changing, or a Changing Places facility. This data can be incomplete or out of date, so please check before relying on it — and if you find something wrong, use the “Suggest an update” button on the toilet’s page to put it right.
