Opening hours are on the wall outside but the toilet is locked and unable to be opened with a radar key. Neighbouring business person says toilets have been closed for two months. This is VERY POOR efforts by the parish council. . 14 million people in the UK have continence issues, about 50% of women suffer with some degree of urinary incontinence, the number is about 40% for veterans and 500k people in the UK suffer with fecal incontinence. Councils need to do far better for their constituents and for their disabled visitors. At the VERY LEAST, a clearly signposted and accessible disabled toilet (which could have RADAR key access) ought to be made available.
