Outside the church on church street, octagonal outbuilding, facing a bustop shelter which is situated at cromwells pub

Been told this building used to be a public toilet. When I moved to Conisbrough in 2019 it was a fast food or sweet treat type of place…I’ve not seen this building used for years..Even if public toilets the are not in use now. I’m wanting to know who owns this building for a potential business idea I’m going to persue…It’s perfect for my new business venture ideas…
