This toilet has ramps to the doors of both the male and female facilities. This toilet is also open 7 days a week from Easter until winter (possibly the end of October) from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is no baby changing facility in the male toilet anyway. Council website says open 7 days from Easter - am here on a Monday in Mayand I have found them locked. Perhaps relates to cafe opening hours.
