The centre is a community centre and safer space for the LGBTQ+ community. The venue has two entrances, one by Blackfriars station, and one on Hopton Street. The toilet is near the Blackfriars entrance door. You do not have to buy anything or ask permission to use the bathroom. From time to time there may be private or closed events taking place in the space; if there is a closed event taking place, members of the public are welcome to still use the bathroom if they enter via the Bankside/Blackfriars door to avoid disrupting the event.
