A Tower Hamlets Community Toilet Scheme Venue. There are three toilets with baby changing facilities. There is also a Changing Places toilet. The toilets are located next to outside gym & tennis courts and are the closest toilets to the Cadogan Gate entrance. Please note all toilets in Victoria Park close one hour before the parks closing time. The parks closing time varies throughout the year, coinciding with sunset.. Children facilities
