Fixing a listing

The fastest way to correct a toilet’s details, hours or accessibility is on the toilet’s own page: use “Report status” or “Suggest an update”. That goes straight into our review queue. Email us if a whole area looks wrong.

What else to email us about

A quick note on what we can’t do

We don’t run or maintain the toilets themselves, so we can’t open a closed one, change its hours, or pass messages to its operator. For that, contact the local council or the venue directly.
