At January 2022 this toilet is not open. Please contact Rossendale Borough Council to press for this to be refurbished and re-opened as soon as possible. Phone 01706 217777 or email them. The toilet previously had a RADAR lock and is in a public park near the Whitaker. There are disabled toilets in the Whitaker when it is open.. RADAR key available
